You may be asked for your name, email address, mailing and billing address, phone number(s), emergency contact, date of birth, credit card information, as well as other information we may need to allow you to purchase, reserve and participate in classes. We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply personal identification information, but that will prevent you from engaging in certain activities – such as purchasing and reserving a class.

 

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about you and other Users whenever you interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include your IP address, browser type, and technical information about your connection to our Site, such as the operating system of your computer, your Internet service provider and other similar information. We may also record information about your usage, such as the time and frequency of your visits to the Site. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may also track aggregate user data from Users of the Site.

  3. Age compliance – We use your personal information to help make sure that persons under the age of 18 years of age do not set-up an account, purchase a class, make a reservation or take a class.
  4. To improve customer service - Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  5. To personalize user experience - We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use our Site.
  6. To improve our Site and Services – We may use feedback you provide to improve our Site and our services.
  7. To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature - To send you information you agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to you.

We may use your email address to send you information and updates pertaining to your account, purchases and reservations. It may also be used to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. "Web Beacons") in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please DO NOT attempt to set up an account, purchase a class, make a reservation, take a Ride, or send any information about yourself to us. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on our Site. In the event that we learn that any personal information has been submitted to us from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible.
